Beware, prostitutes.
"Temporarily Yours" is a journey into sexuality and prostitution, encountering dynamics that connect more to our lives than we'd expect. Why does one sell their bodies nowadays? Is it out of constraint or out of choice? And in the latter case what are the strings that move that choice? Is it the need to know in number how much one is worth? Or is it the sensation of power which derives from feeling desirable? And does society help us to perceive our body as an object, or as an integral part of ourselves? From two monologues from "Malamore" (Ed Einaudi) by Concita De Gregorio, translated by Margaret Rose, inspired by the blog of an escort and by direct contact with trafficked women through the actress work as a volonteer with the Onlus Somaschi, a show about our bodies, our souls and our relationships.

The street sign "beware prostitutes" and the picture of it are real. The street sign was the idea of a Mayor of a north city in Italy. It was very quickly removed due to the citizens complaints. The sign was probably intended to prevent accidents due to the ladies working on the sidewalk, also preserving their safety.
